Why to Drink Distilled Bottled Water
My reasons are that I have to swallow lots of pills daily
There is no shortage of types of water, however what kind of water meets my special needs? I’ve decided to drink only distilled water. I’ll tell you why. I must take many capsules daily. A lot means 42-45 pills a day. Clearly, this is a big number. I must get down all these pills a few at a time without getting sick.
I developed osteoporosis and have had to swallow calcium bone supplements every day
As a result of the side effects of some drugs I that needed to have, side-effects have occurred. I have to swallow more pills that treat these side-effects. One situation is that I have osteoporosis and have had to take natural calcium tablets every day. This resulted from the very high doses of Prednisone, because of pretty severe Crohns disease. As a result, I am required to swallow an extra couple of calcium osteoporosis supplements to reverse my calcium bone loss. That’s why I have to get down so many pills each day. While doing this, I cannot help but notice taste of the various chemicals in the water that flows out of our pipes.
I do not understand it, but my county gets water with a very high content of chlorine. The odor is very distinct to me. I get legally required and published water analyses that say the local water has a lot of chemical additives. These chemicals worry me.
I expect that some chemicals would be there, because the water comes from natural places. Nevertheless, the additives are a problem for me. The water company services a large population, and they must ensure that our tap water is safe to drink. Pay attention to the water quality reports that get delivered in the water bill envelope, because you can learn a lot. While ignorance might seem to be bliss, understanding these water additives is important.
With distilled bottled water, I can take all my drugs, supplements and vitamins
Several years ago a friend arrived for a holiday and we had a conversation about water purity. Because he travels for a living, and he said that he usually brings distilled and purified water. I asked him why distilled? He told me that this is the one water knows is pure. Besides, anyone can get distilled water in any grocery store.
I had never thought of that. I had only used distilled water for ironing. Since his visit, my Crohns has gotten somewhat worse. Due to my health, I now have to swallow quite a few more pills. In addition to my Crohn’s drugs, I also must get down supplements and vitamins, including multivitamins and extra vitamin C along with a calcium pyruvate 750 mg supplement because of dietary deficiencies.
Because of Crohn’s Disease, I’m very sensitive to smells that cause me to get sick. As a result, I’ve decided to use only distilled water, because I must always get down all my drugs and vitamins daily.
