Try speaking either very loudly or in whispers. Other people might be annoyed by this but it really does work.
Remember to breathe while you are talking. Try speaking when you exhale.
Stuttering gets worse when you are tense. You will stutter more if you are nervous. Some people may even meditate in order to help.
Relax and speak slower. Think about what you want to say.
Don’t try speaking a very big sentence at one stretch. Break things down so that they are easier to say.
